Agile can be summarized as a collection of methods, principles and values which are applied within an organization to increase adaptiveness. With Agile, companies are better equipped for faster and better adaptation to a changing context. This leads to better chances of surviving in the long term.

Scrum is one of the frameworks that belong to the Agile ‘collection’. Other frameworks associated with Agile are Lean, XP and Kanban.

The IIABC focuses on individuals and companies using Agile in a non-IT environment. Marketing, finance, HR, communication, R&D, purchasing and strategy departments are examples of these environments.

The IIABC ensures quality in certification by ensuing active cooperation with universities which results in the most recent and relevant scientific insights.

Every participant has one attempt per purchased exam code.
